WE ONLY ACCEPT CLEAN, BONELESS VENISON TRIMMING FOR SAUSAGE MAKING. IT CAN BE FRESH OR FROZEN. ALL VENISON TRIM MUST BE TRANSPORTED IN CLEAN, FOOD GRADE BAGS OR CONTAINERS.
